Kindergarten's Short Story of Endless Sunfall
When sunlight harmony will fade away
And silver moon rays will lay on my face
I will be banished from this land
It's possible now, to equal their chances
We designed soft paid
One's way a vision of happy days
Escape from they
Is giving a mechanic pain
Satirical infernal lords decay
Scamper from own destiny
Not revive adults useless weapon
Pest and slime
And the empty words of Europe education
I only wish...
And silver moon rays will lay on my face
I will be banished from this land
It's possible now, to equal their chances
We designed soft paid
One's way a vision of happy days
Escape from they
Is giving a mechanic pain
Satirical infernal lords decay
Scamper from own destiny
Not revive adults useless weapon
Pest and slime
And the empty words of Europe education
I only wish...

optima dies prima fugit.
All that writing, it was lyrics from some Russian CD you got me for Christmas once. It made so much sense at some point in space and time.
like so many things, much was both lost and gained in translation. instead of the pretentious latin quote i offered ("the best days are the first to flee" which is what the verses you posted reminded me of), i was just gonna ask you where those words came from, which i decided not to do because i figured that they came from your brain, which i guess they did, in a way. you answered the unasked question, though, so now i know "the rest of the story" as paul harvey says.
...and... I only wish I did write that - it's really the type of dialogue that goes through my mind just prior to going to sleep. I always wish I could capture it. Then again, it's not poetic, pretty, or meaningful. It just feels right in my neck crease and tastes correct on my frontal palette.
